FAQs

What car do you drive?

I do not own a car! My family owns dealerships in the St. Louis area so I drive “demo cars”. I switch out my demo every 4,000-5,000 miles. Demos are used in the industry as incentives for employees and/or ways to get your cars out on the road (not all dealers do this FYI). Its a really great perk and allows me to test drive all different types of cars! I don’t get to choose the demo I drive, I usually just take whichever type of car we have a lot of.

HOT TIP! If you’re in the new car market, ask the dealer if they do demo cars. These typically get sold at a discount because of the low mileage.

If you had to buy a car, which would it be?

If I were in the market for a new car, based on my current family situation I would probably go with a VW Atlas or Hyundai Palisade.

What cars do I tour?

I am trying to get to every make and model out there. Starting with SUVs & minivans. I hope to also review trucks & sedans. I appreciate your patience as I balance motherhood, a full time job & The Car Mom. The goal is to get out one new tour a week!!

Which car seats do you have?

In my personal car I have a Clek Foonf for George and a Clek Liing for Hattie! I chose the Cleks for their safety, longevity and the compact design able to fit in most vehicles. I also have a Graco Convertible and an Uppababy Mesa infant seat (or pumpkin seat) I use for my tours. My stroller is an Uppababy Vista… currently still shopping for a double stroller lol.
