Salmon teriyaki bowls are the perfect “throw together” meal. You can keep almost all these ingredients in your pantry and freezer to have in case of a meal emergency. It is also so customizable to whatever you have on hand! You can swap out nearly every ingredient so it can be a little different every time! For example, not feeling salmon? Swap it out for chicken! Have a ton of frozen veggies you need to get rid of? Toss them in the bowl! Once covered in teriyaki & soy sauce, the flavors will all work together. This is a super easy “cooking combo” that is sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • Salmon Filet
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 tbs Teriyaki Sauce
  • Green Onion
  • 1/2 cup Steamed Broccoli
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil
  • Optional Sauces: Soy Sauce, Sriracha, Spicy Mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Top salmon filet with olive oil, salt, pepper & teriyaki sauce
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until done
  4. Make rice and steam broccoli
  5. Once salmon is done, combine all ingredients and top with green onion and sauces.

Notes

You can customize this meal however you want! You can swap the salmon for chicken or shrimp! Add in more veggies, etc. The goal is to use whatever you have lying around to combine!
