2021 Kia Stinger: The Sporty Sedan for Moms

The Kia Stinger is my first ever sedan tour and I’ll be honest I’m a fan. Now, this car is absolutely not meant for mid size or growing families BUT if you have one or two kids and want an affordable yet luxurious sports car-like feel then the Stinger is the car for YOU!

The Stinger’s layout compares to vehicles like the Audi A5 Sportback or the BMW 4-series Gran Coupe but for a fraction of the price. Now, of course these vehicles true luxury vehicles use more impressive materials and quality construction but the if you’re looking for affordability consider the Stinger. The infotainment system uses a mixture of quick buttons and touchscreen, which I personally love because I hate relying exclusively on touch screen. It also comes equipped with Apple Car Play and Android Auto.

The 2021 Kia Stinger has four trims: GT-Line, GT, GT1, and GT2. Each trim add more comfort features, I recommend checking out Kia’s website and building your own Stinger to understand the breakdown of the times. The lowest trim, GT-Line has an MSRP of $33,090 and the highest trim, the GT2 can be sold at $50,390.

The Stinger has earned a five-star safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and a Top Safety Pick award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. For installing car seats, the Stinger has two complete sets of latch connectors for the rear outboard seats and a tether anchors on all three seats.

All in all, the Stinger is an awesome choice if luxury, performance and affordability are most important to you. I could definitely see how this vehicle could work for smaller families.
