Car seat hardware: To me, this means a solid amount of LATCH anchors and accessible third-row seating. For other families, this feature may not be nearly as important - it all depends on what you value.
Reliability and maintenance costs: Consumer Reports can show you how your specific model year stacks up for reliability and what you might expect to pay for maintenance and repairs over time to avoid surprises.
Features that make your life easier: This is personal for your family, but I always appreciate things like a power liftgate, rear sunshades, and ceiling vents. These comfort and convenience features are often where you can flex your budget, so decide which ones truly matter for your family’s lifestyle.
